 In all defence for the skunk, I dont think he’s such a bad guy. He isn’t  doing any of this to you personaly. A skunk does what they were born to do. They are probobly the cuitest, non threatening animal to us as humans that there is, becide the oppossum. Sure, they eat small mammals, including chickens, but thats about it. They are not fast, or strong fighters, and dont even have a threataning noise that they make. Its more of a squeek, and a foot stomp. Its almost comical when they get angry. But then when the show is over, the black and white flag goes up, and that is your last and final warning, that if you keep giving this old boy a hard time… yer gonna git sum… and you aint gonna like it at all!

I personally find permanent and faster results with using one way doors, a bag of concrete, and some fencing wire.
